Ever heard of Joy Formidable? They were just in town last week and performed at the Cosmo for Indie Sessions. If you haven't had a chance to check out the free performances, it's definitely a must! Indie Sessions are non-ticketed / complimentary poolside concerts featuring original indie artists at one of the best venues in Las Vegas (in my opinion). Make sure to take a moment and check out upcoming performances both ticketed and non-ticketed. Learn more about the Welsh trio and check out some of their music for yourself and if you ever get an opportunity to watch a live performance, I definitely would recommend it!

New to the Las Vegas area: Don't forget to check out Sweet Ruby Jane Confections located at8975 S. Eastern Ave. right next to the Starbucks. Just before opening day, my girlfriend and I helped out with shooting some macro photography of their tasty treats (some photos below).
